Online bookings:
All reservations are considered unconfirmed reservations until the payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
All classes provided by The Sushi Class are non-refundable. A guest must give at least a 24-hour cancellation notice and all of their funds will be accredited for a future class. If a guest gives a cancellation notice of fewer than 24 hours or does not show up for a class their payment will not be refunded or accredited. I’m case of a unique circumstance where a refund is processed, a small refund fee will be subtracted from the amount paid.
Cancellation due to weather issues:
If a class provided by The Sushi Class has to be cancelled due to weather, all guests will be able to reschedule the class for their next available day.
